Online Bookings - Terms & Conditions

Wristbands must be booked at least 2 days in advance.

Wristbands are not transferable or refundable and accordingly may not be sold to a third party.

The Group Booking Organiser will be required to provide their valid booking reference number when collecting wristbands on day of visit.

Wristbands are valid on any one day on which the Pleasure Beach is open during the 2009 season.

Discount vouchers, coupons or any other offers cannot be used in conjunction with the displayed on-line rates.

Height and all other health & safety restrictions will apply.

Guests are admitted to the park subject to the park regulations.

Parents/organisers/carers are responsible for considering the suitability of the venue and to provide adequate supervision for the persons in their care.

The Pleasure Beach reserves the right to withdraw or alter any of the facilities at anytime without prior notice.

GGuests are also informed that rides/attractions may be closed, temporarily withdrawn or otherwise made unavailable at anytime due to technical/operational reasons or inclement weather.

Your Right To Cancel

You have the right to cancel your online booking order (once accepted by us) up to the point of use, however all refunds will be at the discretion of the manager and subject to a cancellation fee.
