Dogs
Are allowed on site but must be kept under control & on a lead at all times.

First Aid
A fully qualified attendant is always on duty at the Pleasure Beach. The well-equipped first aid room is situated adjacent to the Main Reception.

Guests with Special Needs
Less able guests are given every possible assistance by our staff. There is ample room for wheelchairs and easy access to eating facilities. There are toilet facilities for the disabled. A baby changing room is also provided.

Lost Property
All enquires to the General Office.

Lost Children
No effort is spared to quickly reunite children with parents - contact the General Office immediately for help.

Credit/ Debit Cards
All leading cards (not American Express) are accepted for purchase of wristbands and tokens at the Main Reception.

Free Coach parking
By prior arrangement only.
