The Pleasure Beach is open weekends until Sunday November 1st, including the Halloween half term week (Monday 26th – Friday 30th October). New for Halloween – Fairground Frights running every evening from Wednesday 28th October to Saturday 31st October. More information can be found here. Due to social distancing guidelines, we are limiting the number of visitors on the park. We currently operate pre-paid time slots. Everyone entering the Pleasure Beach will need a valid entry ticket. Due to the latest government rules, please ensure any bookings with more than six people are restricted to one household group only. Please double-check the date/time of your ticket booking before arriving to ensure swift entry to the park.

Due to social distancing guidelines, we will be limiting our visitors on the park at any one time. We will be operating pre-paid time slots. Each session will be 4 hours duration and everyone entering the Pleasure Beach will need a valid entrance ticket.
To ensure the safety of our staff and visitors, the Pleasure Beach strictly follows the rules that are set by the Government. Therefore, you will need to pre-pay your visit.
How does it work
On entrance to the park, you will have unlimited access to the rides during the 4-hour time slot you have chosen. Normal ride safety rules apply. A list of rides and restrictions can be found in the rides section.
Entrance tickets can be purchased on-line for selected date and time sessions. Availability will be subject to capacity restrictions.
(Under 3yrs are free to enter but MUST be included on the booking)
Due to the latest government rules, please ensure any bookings with more than six people are restricted to one household group only.
In the interest of safety, guests are asked to ensure that all children under 12 years of age are accompanied by a responsible adult during their visit

On purchase, we will send a confirmation online booking email detailing the reference, transaction amount and QR code for entry.
Your e-ticket will specify a designated entry gate (A,B or C). You may arrive at this gate 10 minutes prior to your chosen session start time. Social distancing must be adhered to. All members on the booking must be present at time of entry. Once the QR code is scanned, it will automatically become invalid for further use.

Once you are inside the park, please follow any directional indicators to assist in social distancing.
To allow for social distancing on the rides, seating capacity will be restricted. We ask you to follow all instruction given either from signage, staff members or public-address announcements. Specific training has been given to all operators and we would appreciate your co-operation to ensure a safe environment.
Hand gel will be located at all ride entrances and we request that this is used prior to riding. Further hand gel stations are located at various points through the park itself.

Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach always strive to provide value for money. To ensure we operate a fair and safe system with limited customers and timed sessions, we have introduced a very competitive one-price entrance ticket to ensure value for all classes. Wristbands And Ride Tokens
There is no provision for the use of Wristbands or Tokens at this time.
Unfortunately, we will not be providing an option to purchase season tickets throughout the 2020 season.
Ride Height Restrictions
Credit / Debit Cards
We accept credit / debit cards for purchases made at our Gardens Kiosk, Pleasure Beach Inn and Pleasure Beach photo booths. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept American Express (AMEX) Cards as a form of payment. Contactless payments are preferred.
There are thee ATM’s located at Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach. One is located by the Dodgems ride; a further ATM can be found in the Carousel Arcade (next to the Reverse Time ride) and the third ATM can be found next to the kiosk at the Pleasure Beach Gardens.
Tesco Clubcard Vouchers
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept Tesco vouchers at this time.
Unfortunately, due to the Coronavirus outbreak, the lockers are not available at this time.
Lost Property / Lost Children
To minimise any social contact, please do not attend the General Office. Either contact a member of staff and wait for assistance or alternatively contact the General Office by telephone.
Toilets, Disabled Toilets and Baby Changing Facilities
There are four sets of toilets located at the Pleasure Beach. These are located next to the Pleasure Beach Inn, behind the Haunted Hotel, next to the Bonanza ride in the centre of the park and at the main gate next to the Log Flume photo booth. There are disabled toilets located next to the Pleasure Beach Inn, behind the Haunted Hotel and at the toilets next to the Log Flume photo booth by the main entrance. A radar key is needed for entry for each disabled toilet and can be borrowed with a £5 deposit from the Food Court (for the Haunted Hotel), from the Pleasure Beach Inn (for the Pleasure Beach Inn toilets) or from the Log Flume photo booth (for the Log Flume toilets). Additionally a radar key can be borrowed with a £5 deposit from the main reception for the Pleasure Beach Inn toilets and for the Log Flume toilets.
Baby Changing Facilities
Baby changing facilities are available at the Pleasure Beach Inn toilets (female toilets only), the Bonanza toilets situated in the centre of the park (both male and female toilets), and at the main entrance toilets next to the Log Flume photo booth (both male and female). Please note that there are no baby changing facilities available at the Haunted Hotel toilets.
Guests With Special Needs
Less able guests are given every possible assistance by our staff. There is ample room for wheelchairs and easy access to eating facilities. Unfortunately, we do not have the facilities to hire out wheelchairs or pushchairs. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Dogs are allowed on site but must be kept under control and on a lead at all times.
A fully-qualified attendant is always on duty at the Pleasure Beach. The well-equipped First Aid room is inside the Reception. Please follow What to expect link for further information regarding Covid-19 precautions.
The Pleasure Beach car park is located at the south end of the Pleasure Beach and is maintained by Green Parking. The summer tariff (which applies from 1st March till 31st October) to park is £2.00 for 0-2 hours, £5.20 for 2-5 hours and £8.00 to park all day. Gyrospheres (Water Balls)
Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 restrictions, this attraction will not be open.
The Jurassic Gardens, recently arrived in the 2018 season, is located between the Pleasure Beach Gardens and the Log Flume. Ride one of six jeeps through the gardens but watch out for the dinosaurs, especially the enormous T-Rex. The dinosaur ride costs £3.00, with a maximum of two people per car. There is a minimum height limit of 1.2m to drive. Jurassic Gardens is a cash only attraction and outside the Pleasure Beach entry price. Opening of this attraction will be subject to governmental advice.
Pleasure Beach Gardens
The Pleasure Beach Gardens is free entry and attractions within this area are outside of the Pleasure Beach entry price.
The Pleasure Beach Gardens, just a short walk from the Pleasure Beach, is the perfect place to take a few moments to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the Pleasure Beach.
Our new attraction for the Pleasure Beach Gardens for the 2020 season is the Upside Down House. In what is sure to be a big hit, customers will be both amazed and disorientated at the same time whilst having the opportunity to walk through the attraction and take unique photographs capturing the most surreal images and unique poses from an inverted perspective. Prices are £4.00 for adults (12 years and older) and £3.00 for concessions and children (under 12 years). Children under three years of age are free when accompanied by a fare-paying adult.
Sara’s Tea Rooms serve a full range of hot and cold meals throughout the day. Alternatively hot dogs, ice cream, candy floss, and hot and cold drinks to takeaway are available at the Gardens kiosk.
For those feeling a little more energetic, there is a 12-hole Adventure Golf Course (£4.50 for anybody 4 years and older and £3.00 for 3 years and under) and younger children will enjoy the 10-car Junior Driving School as well as many more coin-operated attractions.
Please note due to the Coronavirus pandemic, there will be specific safety instructions to follow. Social distancing must be adhered to throughout these areas.
With large grassed areas, it is also an ideal place for groups to enjoy their picnic. Social distancing must be adhered to when using this picnic area.
Our Food Court is ideal if you are looking for meals and snack food without having to leave the park. Meals and snacks are served all day to refuel energy for another session of rides.
Anyone with a sweet tooth will be delighted by the Pleasure Beach’s Rock Shop and its array of sweets and chocolate.
Our candyfloss stall spins fresh candy on a stick or sealed in a bag to take home. Our Ice Cream Parlour offers treats from scoops of whippy ice cream to naughty-but-nice sundaes.
We also have our own fully licensed bar, the Pleasure Beach Inn near the Pirate Ship where freshly-prepared baguettes, fresh-bean coffees and other snacks are also served.
