The Pleasure Beach is open weekends until Sunday November 1st, including the Halloween half term week (Monday 26th – Friday 30th October). New for Halloween – Fairground Frights running every evening from Wednesday 28th October to Saturday 31st October. More information can be found here. Due to social distancing guidelines, we are limiting the number of visitors on the park. We currently operate pre-paid time slots. Everyone entering the Pleasure Beach will need a valid entry ticket. Due to the latest government rules, please ensure any bookings with more than six people are restricted to one household group only. Please double-check the date/time of your ticket booking before arriving to ensure swift entry to the park.

The names, images and logos identifying Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach, their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trademarks of Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach. Nothing contained in these terms and conditions shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppels or otherwise any licence or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach.

When purchasing an entry ticket (online or at the box office), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Health and safety restrictions apply to all rides. Please consult our rides section on this website for detailed height, health and safety restrictions here.
Small children must be accompanied by a more mature person on some rides.
Entry tickets are non-transferable and are only valid on day and time of session selected.
We have the right to refuse admission or evict any persons if they behave in such a way as to jeopardise the safety of themselves or others.
Some rides may be closed due to weather, servicing or Governmental restrictions.
Go-Karts, side stalls and all coin operated rides are excluded from the entry price.
In the interest of safety, guests are asked to ensure that all children under 12 years of age are accompanied by a responsible adult during their visit
Whilst Visiting Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach
Your dress and appearance must be suitable for a family attraction. If you are wearing clothing that is indecent or likely to cause offence in any way, you will be refused entry or removed from the attraction. Please bear in mind that the Fun Factory attraction requires all riders to wear closed toed shoes.
Please ensure that you read all safety signs displayed when at Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach and when embarking upon each individual ride. Please note that, due to the current COVID-19 regulations, additional safety measures are in place.
Children under twelve must be supervised by a responsible person.
Threatening behaviour, verbal abuse or violence will not be tolerated at the Pleasure Beach. Persons exhibiting as such will be asked to leave.
For health and safety reasons, wheelchairs and prams / pushchairs and similar devices are the only transport permitted within Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach. No cycling, skateboarding or scooters allowed.
Dogs are allowed in Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach, however they must be kept under control and on a lead at all times.
Operating Rules and Instructions
All rides and other attractions located at Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach must only be used in accordance with the relevant manufacturer’s or operator’s instructions which may include restrictions on height, weight, size and capacity.
Guidelines have been prepared which detail the safe use of all our rides and attractions. Please read all operating rules and regulations before entering the ride or attraction and to assess the suitability of each ride / attraction for you and / or your child’s abilities. Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach cannot know the individual suitability / needs of each person / child.
Please ensure that you observe all operating rules and regulations and listen to any instructions given by our ride operators. Any person found not to be following the guidelines or comprising their own health and safety as well as the safety of others may be asked to leave Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach.
Height, health and safety restrictions are in place for your safety and our ride operators do not have the authority to override them.
The management reserve the right to withdraw / alter any of the rides / attractions at any time without prior notice. Guests are also informed that rides and attractions may be temporary closed, temporarily withdrawn or made otherwise unavailable at any time due to technical or operational reasons, capacity or adverse weather conditions.
Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach, acting reasonably at all times, reserves the right to refuse admission to any persons they feel are unsuitable for their rides / attractions, ban from entry to Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach, or remove from Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach without any right to a refund, any person whose presence or behaviour may affect the enjoyment and / or safety of other guests or staff.
Possible behaviours may include, but are not limited to:
Violent, aggressive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory or insulting words or behaviour. Climb / stand upon fences, barriers, walls, safety fences, ride structures or other buildings. Enters or attempt to enter any part of Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach which is prohibited. Has been convicted of a criminal offence relating to Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach or civil unrest, which in our opinion is likely to affect the safety / enjoyment of other guests and / or staff.
Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach reserves the right to start legal proceedings against anyone who is found damaging or defacing any part of Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach or anyone who is reasonably judged to be acting in any manner which has caused any person to report that individual to us.
It is prohibited to bring into Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach any weapons, fireworks, sparklers, smoke bombs or other articles which may cause injury. The throwing of any article which may cause injury or affect the enjoyment of other guests is strictly prohibited. Any person found to be in possession of an article deemed to be offensive or dangerous will be immediately escorted from Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach without any right to a refund and we reserve the right to make reports to the relevant authorities which may lead to prosecution.
The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited, and any persons found possessing, using or who appear to be under the influence of illegal substances will be refused admission or escorted from Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach without any right to a refund. Again, we reserve the right to make reports to the relevant authorities which may lead to prosecution.
CCTV cameras are used to assist in the proper running of Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach. However, we do not make any representation as to the extent of coverage provided by the cameras.
Alcohol is not permitted within Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach (excluding the designated licence area at the Pleasure Beach Inn) and we reserve the right to confiscate any alcohol brought onto our premises. Persons deemed to be under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to use rides and attractions and will be asked to leave.
Smoking is allowed in Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach, though by law not allowed in enclosed areas. However, as we are a family attraction please be aware of others around you and use the bins provided.
Photography / Filming
It is not unusual to have photographers and film crews recording at Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach. By accepting these terms and conditions of entry, customers consent to being photographed, filmed or taped by the Pleasure Beach or third parties appointed by the Pleasure Beach. Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach and any authorised party may use such images in perpetuity in any promotional, advertising or publicity material in any format whatsoever. You further agree that copyright in these materials rests with Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach or such authorised party (as the case may be)
However, you have the right not to be filmed / photographed by the Pleasure Beach or any authorised third party. If so, please contact the camera operator / photographer at the time of filming and make it known that you do not wish to appear in any filming / photography.
You are permitted to take photographs and recording within Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach if these are solely for private use and are not sold or used for any commercial or public use.
You are prohibited from taking photographs and/or recordings whilst on any ride or attraction. Please note that harnessed or fixed cameras including, but not limited to GoPro or similar brands, are not allowed on any ride or attraction in any circumstances.
By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree not to intentionally photograph and/or capture video footage of any individual without that person’s permission and you must adhere to all photography / filming restrictions in place from time to time whilst within Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach.
Ride Photography / Photo Booths
Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach has four rides (Big Apple, Log Flume, Scenic Rollercoaster and Snails) which take photographs. Please note that due to the current COVID-19 outbreak, some booths may not be operational. By going on these rides, you are consenting to having your photograph taken and displayed in one of the booths. Depending upon operational circumstances, weather and ride speed, we cannot guarantee the quality of your picture. Please note, if you wish for your photograph to be removed, you have the right to ask the photo booth assistant for the removal of your image from the screen.
Please do not take any photographs of the display screens using any form of photographic equipment. These images are protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patent Act 1988 (c.48)
Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach operates a no refund policy. Please check session date, times, and read all terms and conditions before purchasing.
Online Ticket Payments
Entrance tickets can be purchased on-line for selected date and time sessions. Availability will be subject to capacity restrictions.

On purchase, we will send a confirmation online booking email detailing the reference, transaction amount and QR code for entry.
Your e-ticket will specify a designated entry gate. You may arrive at this gate 20 minutes prior to your chosen session start time. Social distancing must be adhered to. Please do not attend the Pleasure Beach if you or any member of your household have COVID-19-like symptoms. All members on the booking must be present at time of entry. Once the QR code is scanned, it will automatically become invalid for further use.
We currently use a 100% secure credit and debit card payment processor Paymentsense for your safety and convenience. Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach participates in Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode for added online payment protection. These services are offered by Visa MasterCard in association with the bank that has issued your credit / debit card. It is aimed at protecting your details when shopping online by ensuring your card is not being used by someone else.
All payments made online will be in GBP
All prices you see on our website includes VAT. What you see is what you pay.
Cancellations and Refunds
Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach does not operate a refund or cancellation policy for online bookings. However, if you should have any issues when purchasing online, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If, for whatever reason, Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach is closed (health & safety, adverse weather conditions etc.) on the day of your visit, an alternative date can be arranged.
